The first way to get to Dr Mary's from Delta is to take 1600 Rd, the red line on the map below:

At the first/last stoplight on the south side of Delta, next to DTS Fluid Power, WeatherPort and Kwiki Tire, turn right, to the south, on 1600 Road. 1600 Road is the red line on the map below.
You will go past the storage place on the left at about 1 mile and then curve around to the right, going up the hill onto California Mesa. Continue on 1600 Road and enjoy the scenery.
At 3.3 miles, turn left onto B Road.
You will go down into Dry Gulch and then up again onto Ash Mesa.
Take the first right at the top of the hill onto 1650 Road.
Dr Mary's is 250 feet on the right.

The second way to get to Dr Mary's from Delta is to take Ash Mesa Road, the orange line on the map below:

Ash Mesa Road is 1.5 miles south of the first/last stoplight in Delta on highway 50, approximately at mile marker 74.
Turn off of highway 50 onto Ash Mesa Road to the right, heading south. Ash Mesa Road is the orange line on the map below.
Go 2.3 miles to B Road, where you then turn right, to the west.
Go 0.5 miles to 1650 Road when you turn left, to the south.

Directions from Montrose

Leave Montrose, going north on highway 50 toward Delta.
After passing through Olathe (slow down for the speed trap), watch for Amerigas Propane on the right.
About 1 mile after passing Amerigas Propane, take B Road to the left, going west, at mile marker 77. B Road is the green line on the map below.
In 2 miles, you will come to a stop sign at the intersection of B and Ash Mesa Roads.
Continue straight ahead for another 0.5 mile to 1650 Road.
Turn left onto 1650 Road.
Dr Mary's is 250 feet on the right.

What's with the numbers and letters for road names in Delta County?

Believe it or not, there is a SYSTEM to these letters and numbers. If you understand this system, you should be able to find just about any address in the county without a map.
Let's begin with the letters. Starting from the south and proceeding to the north, the east-west-running roads in the county are arranged alphabetically with A at the south edge to above U at the north edge, with a mile between each letter. For example, D road would be 2 miles north of B road. This also accounts for names like D50 road, which would be half a mile north of D road.
North-south-running roads are numbered, beginning with 1.00 at the west edge of the county to above 44.00 at the east edge of the county. Initially, these roads had decimal points with two decimal digits. For example, 16.50 road ran north-south and was 15.50 miles from the west edge of the county. In 2003, the decimals were dropped, so 16.50 road is now 1650 road.
Street addresses are also logical, numbered from 0 at the south edge of the county, proceeding northward. Instead of two decimal digits as are used for the north-south-running roads, the street addresses use 3 decimal digits (though the decimal is omitted). For example, Dr Mary's street address is 885. This means, her office is 0.885 miles north of the southern edge of Delta County. A street address of 16543 would be 16.543 miles north of the southern edge of the county.
